Our past pupils remain part of the Grittleton House School family and are always welcomed back to the school. We particularly encourage our alumni to give talks and presentations to our current pupils as they form a rich network of professionals, artists and specialists.

Jamie Cullum – 1995 Leaver
Jamie Cullum attended Grittleton House School from the age of three until completing his GCSEs at age sixteen. Jamie went on to Sheldon Sixth Form before going on to study English Literature, minored in Film Studies, at Reading University where he graduated with First Class Honours. Jamie is an internationally acclaimed jazz singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Though he is a primarily a vocalist, he also accompanies himself on instruments including piano, guitar and drums.
Guy Pilbeam – 2005 Leaver
Guy graduated from Cardiff University in 2012 with a 1st class honours degree in Social Sciences. He is now going onto MPhil, and possibly PhD, at Oxford University studying International Relations. Last year he wrote a document on Global Governance and Corruption for the Ministry of Defence, Global Strategic Trends, which is to be published this spring. Guy has worked incredibly hard and was rewarded with offers from not only Oxford, but also Cambridge and Bristol. He has also been awarded a full bursary at Oxford for tuition and accommodation.
Jack Godwin – 2013 Leaver
Jack Godwin left Grittleton House School in 2013 and went on to complete a National Diploma in Aerospace Engineering. Jack started a company called LightBar UK that distributes and remanufactures vehicle-warning systems, supplying emergency services, highways and construction companies. We are immensely proud to report that his determination and hard work has paid off and at such a young age Jack is now in his dream job of First Officer with Flybe flying all over the UK and Europe. So next time you take a trip, listen out Jack may be the one making the announcements!
Jordan Seaton-Sykes – 2013 Leaver
We are proud to report that after passing his RAF basic training Jordan has recently graduated. Excellent news Jordan – well done.
