Results 2015

Grittleton House School has beaten all other non-selective schools in Wiltshire by being placed first in the Government’s Schools’ League Performance Tables. An outstanding 81% of our pupils gained at least five GCSEs graded A*- C (including English and Maths). We are hugely proud of our pupils and teachers who worked so hard to achieve these results.   Click here to see how we compare to other non-selective schools.

Summer 2015 has proven to be a very successful one when it comes to national assessments for SATs and GCSEs.

Our pupils take their SATs at the end of Key Stage 2 (Year 6) and we are very pleased to announce that over 80% of our pupils in the Prep school achieved Level 5 in both English and maths. And, one fifth of those pupils achieved Level 6 in both English and maths. These results place us in the top echelons of all schools across the country.

At the end of Key Stage 4 (Year 11) we have exceeded national levels for schools who do not select their pupils on academic ability. 81% of our pupils achieved at least 5 GCSEs (including maths and English). 55% of all GCSEs awarded were graded A*-B and 30% were A*/A. Our top performers were Cameron Chisholm and Meghan Sugrue who each achieved 8 GCSEs graded A*.

We are very proud of the many wonderful achievements of all of our pupils in Year 6 and Year 11. All of our Year 11 leavers were successful in securing a place at their first choice of sixth from.
